| Abstract: | Women higher education institutes are faced with ever growing fierce competition. We are to promote comprehensively qualities education, customizing the education in the realization of the general educational requirement of cultivating creative talents, and therefore nature our own uniqueness of the college. That is the inevitable course for the women colleges and universities to survive and develop. |
