计算法学:展开维度、发展趋向与视域前瞻

Computational Law: Developing Dimensions,Trends and Perspectives

In the big-data era,the computational legal study expands the scope of empirical legal studies.It takes root in the development of judicial politics,sociology of law and criminology,especially so in terms of research method.It is therefore particularly meaningful to analyze therelevant literature to understand this nascent field.Judging from the comparative literature,computational legal study has become a field that is increasingly interdisciplinary,driven by both data and algorithms.It is also an emerging and fast-developing field in China.Due to the increasing involvement from research institutes and legal practitioners,it is undoubtedly a promising field.
