少数民族贫困山区乡村中学教师心理健康状况调查与研究

摘    要:本文旨在探讨少数民族贫困山区乡村中学教师心理健康状况。采用SCL-90量表对黔东南苗族侗族自治州的218名苗族、侗族青年教师进行调查。发现少数民族贫困山区乡村中学教师SCL-90的各因子得分高于常模,侗族教师整体阳性检出率高于苗族教师;侗族男女教师在人际关系,偏执因子上差异显著;苗族男女教师在人际关系因子上差异显著。说明少数民族贫困山区中学教师心理健康状况低于全国平均水平,同时应重视男教师在偏执和人际关系方面的问题。

Abstract:The author investigated some Miaos and Dongs young teachers in Qiandongnan Miaos and Dongs autonomous prefecture,Guizhou province by SCL-90 Form.The results show that the sores of SCL-90 Form are higher than normal,especially for the Dongs teachers.There are significant differences between male and female Dongs teachers in personal relationship and crankiness.It means that the investigation indicated that the psychological health of the middle school teachers in the impoverished minority nationality regions lower the average level,and we should pay more attention to male teachers,especially for their personal relationship and crankiness.
