| 摘 要： | 在刑事司法活动中,司法人员严重侵犯公民人身权利的犯罪依然存在,尤其是社会普遍关注的刑讯逼供、暴力取证、超期羁押,体罚、虐待被监管人等,有些行为已达到了犯罪的程度,为了充分保障公民的合法权益,健全社会主义法制,必须有效地惩治和防范这类犯罪。

| Abstract: | The crime that the citizen's personal rights violated by the judicial officers seriously always exist in our country,especially the inquisition by torture,resorting to violence to obtain testimony,extended custody and abuse the prisoners and so on.We must punish and keep watch this kind of criminal behavior effectively in order to guarantee the legal rights and interests of citizen and pecfect the system of socialist Law. |
