A Survey of Reading Situation of Teachers and Staff in Universities

In universities and colleges,it is important to enhance teachers and staff’s reading so as to improve their quality and administrative ability.The authors investigated the book contact ratio,recognize extent,reading approach and preferences of staff of the Medical Department of Peking University,analyzed the influencing factors and demands,and put forwards some countermeasures.
