我国当前工资立法的困境与出路

虽经多年酝酿讨论,我国当前的工资立法却仍然处在两难困境之中.表面上看,这一困境表现为若干具体问题的争议,但困境的实质却在于公平分配、市场调节与政府调控平衡、经济发展与社会稳定协调等一系列深层次问题.突破当前工资立法困境的根本途径在于树立公平分配的科学理念,确立公平分配的一般标准,并通过切实有效的具体措施来平衡各方利益关系,建立有利于经济与社会协调发展的公平分配制度.

On the Dilemma and Approach of China' s Legislation on Wage

Although after preparation and discussion of many years,China’s legislation on wage is still in a dilemma.The substance is equitable distribution,the balance between market regulation and governmental control,the coordination of economic development and social stability and other deep-seated problems.The fundamental approach of breakthrough the dilemma is to establish the scientific idea of equitable distribution,to set up the general standards of equitable distribution,to balance the relation of economic benefits,and to build up the system of equitable distribution.
