中小城市社会治安预警与反应系统的研究与开发

本文以国家某可持续发展实验区为例,研究了中小城市影响社会治安预警和反应机制的诸多因素、社会治安工作评价标准和评价手段、社会治安预警和反应机制和社会治安预警和反应系统的功能构架,并以计算机网络技术和地理信息技术为平台,结合先进的社会治安管理经验,开发出了一套适合中小城市、城镇的治安预警与反应系统,取得了良好的社会、技术和经济效益,给中小城市、城镇社会治安科学化、规范化与系统化的综合管理提供了示范。

Research and Development of Social Security Alarm and Response System in Medium and Small Cities

Taking a national continuable zone for an example, various factors influencing social security in medium and small cities, its evaluation criteria and methods, its mechanism and function structures. Then based on compute network and geography technologies and combined with advanced social management experiences, a social security alarm and response system being fit for medium and small cities is developed. It gets good efficiency in society, technology and economy and also provide an example to scientific, standardized and systematic synthesis management in medium and small cities.
