| 摘 要： | 加强师资队伍建设是提高高校教学质量,促进高等教育改革和发展的前提与保证。时值公安院校大力申办本科之际,加 强其师资队伍的建设就显得更加重要和紧迫了。途径是多方面的:积极创造良好的环境;加强教师职业道德教育;采取有效措施;补充 教师缺额;切实关心青年教师的成长和培育、加强学科建设;加大骨干教师和学科带头人的培养力度;加大资金投入等。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of teacher resources guarantees teaching quality and accelerates the innovation and development of higher education. It is especially true when police colleges are applying for the university level. In order to achieve this goal, various methods can be found, such as creating good atmosphere, enhancing teachers' professional ethics education, supplementing the shortage of teachers and caring for the cultivation of young teachers, etc. |
