Successful Practice in Party Construction in New Times-Deep Lessons Given by the Collapse and Destruction of Soviet Unions and the Creactive Exploration of the" Three-appreciation" Instruction by Our Party

Some substantial reasons why Soviet Unions destructed include the following :Marxist flag had been "cut down"by the Soviet Communist Party ,some important problems had not been treated and resolved properly with political concerns ,the Soviet Communist Party divided itself from the people ,and resolved its own problems through wrong ways.Our Party's Central Committee learned the lessons from the East European Collapse ,from the destruction of the Soviet Union in time ,calling on the Party to carry out "Three Appreciation "instruction.This is a kind of creactive exploration to strengthen the Party's construction .It is to insist on the belief of Marxist and socialist under the new situations ,and to strengthen the political conciousness and to improve the ability of appreciating politics ,and to stick to the general aim of the Party and to closen the people Party and cardre people relationships ,and to depend on itself and with scientific methods to resolve problems within the Party iteslf.
