对可持续发展理论的诠释与解析

1987年,以挪威前首相布伦特兰夫人为首的WECD的成员们,把经过4年研究和充分论证的报告———《我们共同的未来》(OurCommonFuture)提交联合国大会。以此为标志,“可持续发展Sustainabledevelopment”便成为国际社会所关注的问题。但从沿革来看,可持续发展理论框架的形成差不多经历了半个世纪的时间。这半个世纪也是人类对发展的原则、意义、目标以及对自身发展与社会、自然的关系作深入思考并渐晓真谛的关键时期。本文试图从发展沿革、概念比较、内涵诠释、理论分析、对传统经济理论的修正以及自身的发展创新和与时俱进等多个角度对可持续发展问题作了一些研究。可持续发展战略的全局性、根本性、长期性,决定了它势必在今后相当长的一个时期对中国乃至世界的发展产生深远的影响。经济界、理论界对其空前的重视和认真思考,对于树立科学的发展观势必产生积极的推动作用。

The annotation and the resolutioin of the sustained development theories

In 1987,the WECD members under Mrs. Brundtland,the former premier of Norway,put in a researching report__Our Common Future to the UN.It is a sign that the sustained development theory has become the focus topic of the international society.Tracing to the history,the sustained theory frame experienced almost half a century.This period is an important phase time to think about the true meaning of the principle,the meaning,and the aim of development and the relationship among the human being self-development,society and nature.This essay is based on researches of the sustained development theory over the issues such as the development evolution,the concept comparison,the theoretical analysis,the revise of traditional economy theory and self-innovation development and keeping the pace with the times .The features of the sustainable development strategy,such as its of wholly-viewed, the fundamental,the long-term,decide it must influence the development of China and the whole world totally and deeply in a rather long term.The unprecedented recognition and serious thoughts by the lines of economy and theory will be a drive force for building up scientific developmental view.
