论公安理论研究的现实意义

当前,公安理论研究工作仍然存在着研究成果运用于实践的转化速度较慢,研究成果的数量不少但质量尚待大力提高,理论研究落后于时代的发展或是脱离实践等问题。在新形势下,加强公安理论研究显得尤为紧迫和重要。需要反思的是:公安工作中为什么理论不能满足实战的需要?公安理论研究工作滞后的原因在哪里?需要明确的是:开展公安理论研究有着现实和长远的意义,有针对性地研究才能保证公安理论研究的生命力。

On Realistic Significance Of the Public Security Theoretical Research

Today,many problems still exist in the theoretical research efforts of the public security,such as,the research achievements cannot be applied to practical efforts in time,and although there are huge quantities of the research fruits,the qualities are yet to be improved,and the theoretical researches are far behind the times or even divorce from practice.At present situation,it appears far more important and pressing that the theoretical research works of the public security need to be enhanced.It also needs introspected why the theory cannot meet needs of the practical jobs of the public security as well as why the theoretical research works of the public security so lag behind.It also needs to be clarified that it is of realistic and far-reaching significance to carry out the theoretical research of the public security.The research works which have the aims can guarantee vital power of the theoretical research efforts of the public security.
