共时态：当代中国公共行政的现代性与后现代性

建立在不同哲学范式基础上的现代性与后现代性,是我们看待公共行政的两个不同视角。现代性所追求的是理性、精确、直观和清晰,而后现代性所倡导的却是想象、模糊、抽象和混沌。在变革的多元发展的中国社会中,公共行政呈现出现代性与后现代性共时共生的特征。伴随着中国新型工业化建设的进程,现代化仍然是当代中国公共行政的奋斗目标;而面对全球化、市场化、信息化的时代潮流,中国公共行政又必须应对后工业时代的挑战,方能适应内外生态环境。

Synchrony: Modernity and Post-modernity of Contemporary Chinese Public Administration

Modernity and post-modernity which based on different philosophic paradigm are two visual angles to view public administration.The pursuit of modernity is ration,exactness,intuition and clearness,while the pursuit of post-modernity is imagining,faintness,abstract and chaos.In the Chinese reforming society with multifactor development,public administration presents the characteristics of intergrowth and synchrony of modernity and post-modernity.With the course of construction of Chinese new-style industrialization,modernization is still the striving goal of Chinese public administration.Facing the trend of the times with characteristics of globalization,marketization and informatization,Chinese public administration must deal with the challenges of post-industrial era to adapt ecological environment inside and outside.
