| 摘 要： | 信赖保护原则在有关国家和地区的行政法中已经得到明确的确认。我国理论界对此原则缺乏研究,立法中也没有相关规定,造成行政相对人合法信赖利益无法得到保护。本文在分析确立行政信赖保护原则的依据和内容的基础上,论述了在我国确立信赖保护原则的意义,并在此基础上对在我国确立该原则提出初步构想。
