| 摘 要： | 派出所民警的职业压力感与其身体健康、职业满意度、职业归属感呈现显著负相关。工作量、工作时长、休息时间对压力造成显著影响,绩效考评的中介效应显著,应有针对性地采取措施,切实缓解民警心理压力,使其保持身心健康,更好地提高公安队伍战斗力。

| Abstract: | The occupational stress of policemen in police stations is negatively correlated with their health,career satisfaction and sense of belonging.The workload,working hours and rest time have a significant impact on the pressure.The intermediary effect of performance appraisal is significant.Targeted measures should be taken to effectively relieve the psychological pressure of the police so as to maintain their physical and mental health and better improve the fighting capacity of the police. |
