| 摘 要： | 在目前复杂多变的治安形势下,越来越多的派出所民警承受了较大的心理压力,这不仅极易造成民警自身的心理健康问题,同时也可能给基层公安队伍带来一些不稳定因素。应在制度保障方面提供解决方案,有针对性地缓解派出所民警心理健康隐患。
