论非语言策略在侦查讯问中的具体运用

侦查讯问过程中,狡猾的犯罪嫌疑人总是用尽手段与审讯人员周旋,拒绝交代犯罪事实。为实现讯问目的,审讯人员必须灵活运用各种讯问策略,动摇犯罪嫌疑人的拒供心理,使其老实交代犯罪事实。除传统语言上的讯问策略外,非语言策略的灵活运用也非常重要。非语言讯问策略即通过面部表情、体态、眼神、语调等非语言手段的运用来达到摧毁犯罪嫌疑人心理防线的目的,主要有非语言符号的运用、"设计布景"、证据以非语言的方式使用、测谎仪的应用等方式,另外尤其要注意在运用过程中的一些问题,以最大限度地达到服务侦查讯问的目的。

On the Application of Non-verbal Strategies in Interrogation

In interrogation,cunning suspects always exhaust various means not to confess to interrogators.To achieve the purpose of interrogation,officers must be flexible and use various questioning strategies to shake the suspects psychologically and make them confess.In addition to the traditional language strategy,the flexible use of non-verbal strategies is also very crucial.Non-verbal interrogation strategies can be applied to destroy the psychological defense of suspects through facial expression,posture,eye contact,intonation and so on.We can resort to the non-linguistic symbols,designed setting,non-verbal evidence and polygraphs.We should pay particular attention to some issues in the process in order to achieve the purpose of interrogation.
