| 摘 要： | 完善我国现行资格刑制度首先在立法观念上应弱化其政治色彩,根据社会发展需要不断增加新的内容。其次在立法技术上应当吸收国外的有益经验,实行资格刑分立制并明确各资格刑的适用条件。

| Abstract: | In order to improve our current system for the punishment of ripping off qualifications, above all, we should weaken its political color in the legislative concepts, add new content to it according to social needs; then, we should absorb the helpful experiences of legislative techniques from abroad so as to establish various punishment of ripping off qualifications and definite their respective applying conditions. |
