| Abstract: | A comparative study between some relevant international conventions and the legislative systems of individual nations made in the thesis is of great significance to the purpose of protecting the interest of the original author's copyright in an effort to harmonize the relationship between the original author and the one who makes use of the work so that the law of copyright in China is to he perfected in line with the relevant international conventions. |
