| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是一个由理论说服群众到理论掌握群众的动态发展过程,思想政治工作者是联系两者之间的关键环节.思想政治工作要真正说服群众,就必须充分发挥真理和人格的双重力量.思想政治工作者需要不断提高自己的理论修养,端正理论联系实际的学风,塑造高尚的理想人格,坚持言教和身教相统一的原则.

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work covers the whole course from persuading people by theory to mastering people by theory. To increase its persuasiveness, ideological and political work should bring the power of truth and the power of personality into full play. The ideological and political worker is the key link between the two, so he should improve his theoretical literacy, trying to combine theory with practice, cultivate a lofty personality, and teach by precept and example. |
