| Abstract: | GATS,as the global arrangement on liberalization of trade in service,still has some shortcomings.In order to cancel barries to the movement of natural persons and enhance the liberalization of trade in service,some regional orgnizations such as ASEAN has made a series of arrangement on further economic integration within the region. |
