| 摘 要： | 侵占罪属于侵犯财产罪的范畴。其客观方面的表现为 :非法占有他人财物、占有的他人财物数额较大并且拒不返还或交出。正确认识侵占罪的客观特征对于正确认定侵占罪具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Crime of occupation belongs to crime of infringing upon others' property. Its objective aspects include: illegally occupying others' property in a relatively large sum of money and firmly refusing to return them back. It has great significance to know clearly about the objective characteristics of this crime for correctly recognizing the crime of occupation. |
