论组织间的战略转换

摘    要:政府公共部门、准政府公共部门、非政府公共部门和私营部门由于各自的性质不同,其面临的环境压力及对压力的回应度也明显不同。通过对纳特与巴可夫在《公共和第三部门组织的战略管理:领导手册》一书中提出的公共与第三部门战略类型及其转换模型的分析,可以明确各类组织在不同战略类型间的选择和战略的转换逻辑:组织的环境压力和组织的压力回应度是组织战略选择及转换主要动因。

Abstract:Government public sectors,sub-government public sectors,non-government public sectors and private sectors are manifestly alien to one another because their natures are different,their surrounding pressure and response degree are different,too.Nat and Barckerf's analyses on the strategic types and their transition mode put forward in the book Organizational Strategic Management of Public and the Third Sectors: Leaders ' Handbook have manifest the logic of different organizational strategic choice and transition: organizational surrounding pressure and response degree are the main agents of organizational strategic choice and transition.
