关于农民工社会保障问题的探讨

城市农民工已经日益成为一个不容忽视的规模巨大的特殊社会群体。他们为城市创造了巨大的社会效益和经济效益,但他们的社会保障问题却很少得到社会与政府的关注。这不仅严重地阻碍了我国的发展,也不利于"三农问题"的解决。随着社会经济的发展,农民工社会保障问题越来越突出,如何搞好农民工的社会保障工作,保护这一越来越庞大的社会弱势群体,维护社会稳定和保证改革的顺利进行,成为政府和社会所要迫切解决的问题。文章从农民工社会保障的现状及存在的问题出发,分析其形成原因,并提出一些解决农民工社会保障问题的措施与建立农民工社会保障制度的构想。

On Social Security of Farmer Workers

Farmer workers in city have increasingly become a large and special social group that can't be ignored by the society.They have created huge economic and social benefits,but their social security has been paid little attention to by the society and the government,which seriously hindered the development of China and is not propitious for the resolve of"three agriculture issues"(agriculture development,farmer,and country development).With the development of society and economics,farmer social security has becoming an obtruding issue.Thus,how to deal with the social security of farmers to protect the rights of this huge group and maintain social stability and make reforms smooth needs to be addressed urgently by the government and the society.This article puts forward some suggestions and measures to resolve the security issue by getting the cause from their conditions and problems.
