太原市法律援助现状及其完善

法律援助作为一项扶助贫弱、保障弱势群体合法权益的社会公益事业,对于保障社会稳定、构建和谐社会有着重要的现实意义。太原市法律援助起步较晚,虽取得一些成就,但仍存在不足,如人力资源不足、投入经费不足、监督宣传粗化、援助门槛过高、协调机制缺失等。实践中,应发动高校大学生加入法律援助队伍,缓解人力不足现状;动员社会经费注入,扩大受援范围条件;细化监督宣传工作,增强受援对象信心;健全完善协调机制,优化援助资源配置,使太原市法律援助工作健康、持续、高效发展。
