| 摘 要： | 四川宜宾L经济开发区（以下简称L区）一些公务员目前存在创新意识不强、工作效率不高等问题。产生这些问题与该区公务员的心理压力过大和心理动力不足有很大关系。L区公务员的心理压力大主要是由于长时间高负荷工作导致的心理资源枯竭、工作责任过大导致的决策恐惧感、制度化的奖惩机制导致的紧张焦虑情绪、工作不胜任导致的时间紧迫感和威胁感等六个方面。因此，我们应从增强心理健康意识、改变不良认知习惯、提升心理承受能力、拓宽心理发泄渠道、优化工作生活节奏和搭建心灵沟通平台等方面缓解L区公务员的心理压力。
