| Abstract: | After giving an analysis of the characteristics of economic growth of Shanxi Province and the key factors which restrain economic growth,the article puts forward the strategic objectives and progress tactics for building Shanxi into a new industrial base with raw materials deep-processing,heavy equipment building,clean energy production and new service industry as the main part,featuring rational stucture,complete functions,strong competitiveness and notable characteristics in the middle part of China so as to advance the change of economic growth model of the province. |
