| Abstract: | If we want to make a good job on the democratic management of the non-public ownership enterprises, a very important point is to carry out the position suiting the actual condition of the reality, establish the concept of the scientific democratic management and the flexible and varied democratic management forms, on this point, there are quite a deal of successful experience worthy of our study and drawing the lessons from the Western enterprises. |
