| 摘 要： | 选择30例与外伤有关的视网膜脱离案例，进行眼的有关检查，分析致伤方式及发生视网膜脱离的机制。结果为眼外伤直接导致视网膜脱离的13例，占43％；由于眼原有高度近视，视网膜、玻璃体变性，无晶体眼，轻微眼外伤或头部震动而诱发视网膜脱离的12例，占40％陈旧性眼外伤后发生视网膜脱离的5例，占17％。表明外伤性视网膜脱离一般发生于眼穿通伤或重度眼球钝挫伤。
