高校开展公民教育的必要性及实施策略

由于中国现行教育理念缺少教育人文精神，因而在培养大学生健康成长和建设和谐社会的需要面前是得力不从心，高校开展公民教育的必要性就显得尤为突出。高校开展公民教育，应从转变教育理念、设立公民学科课程教育、开展以参与和互动为主要特征的社区服务学习活动以及网络教育四个方面入手，培养大学生的公民意识，使他们成为符合和谐社会要求的合格公民。

The Necessity For Universities to Develop Civil Education and Impelementation Strategies

In China, since the current education idea lack the spirit of educational humanities, Chinese education can not com- pletely fulfiu the tasks of improving college students＇ healthy development as well as construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, it is necessary for universities to develop civil education. To develp civil education in universities, we should begin with the four following aspects such as changing educaitonal ideas, developing civil descipline, conducting community service and learning activities taking participation and interaction as features, and conducting online education. Thus we can develop college students＇ civil consciousness and make them qualitied citizens who can fulfill the requirements of a harmonious society.
