| 摘 要： | 判例作为国际私法的重要渊源之一,越来越受到国际社会重视。文章从判例的概念辨析入手,通过分析判例制度本身的重要性以及在我国构建的可行性,提出了构建我国国际私法判例制度的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Precedent as a source of private international law has increasingly been concerned in closed association with each other while the civil law system and the common law system have been melt together.The paper will discuss how to establish "precedents" in the field of private international law in China through the introduction and analysis of precedent's concept,significance and feasibility. |
