| Abstract: | The new regulation in rural land reform, concentrating on the protection on the rights of the peasantry, was put forward on the 3rdSession of the 18thNational Congress of the CPC. Based on the interpretation of the Decision, the relevant regulations can be summarized into one target, two conditions, three methods and four rights. |
