社区矫正工作机制的完善与发展——以河北省D市A区为例

社区矫正工作机制是社区矫正工作科学发展的核心问题,根据对河北省D市A区所做调查发现,社会力量参与程度低、发挥效果不明显;与政府其他部门的协调联动不畅;由于没有足够的经费支持,矫正措施单一,缺乏心理矫治。应该对社会力量参与机制、部门联动机制、经费保障机制加以完善和发展。

Community correction mechanism is the core of the scientitic development of community correction, ac-cording to survey of the A area, D city in Hebei Province, the author found that the degree of social forces partici-pation is low, the effect is not obvious; coordination with other government departments is not free; As the supportfunds is not enough, corrective measures is single, and it is short of psychological treatment. The participationmechanism of social forces, the department of linkage mechanism, and the funds safeguard mechanism should beperfected and developed.
