论监狱对服刑罪犯公民教育的内容和方法

监狱改造罪犯的目标是将罪犯改造成为守法公民。罪犯是初次社会化失败的人。监狱对罪犯的矫正和重塑是对罪犯进行再社会化的过程。公民教育是对罪犯实施再社会化的可供选择的路径。对罪犯公民教育在方案设计上,可围绕遵纪守法教育、道德教育、心理健康教育、国家社会教育、科学理性教育、人际关系教育、抵御诱惑防范重犯教育、重建生活技能教育等八个方面的内容。

On the Content and Method of Citizen Education for Prison Criminals

Criminals correction and reshape at Prison is a process of re - socialization. Citizeneducation is alternative paths to implement the re - socialization for criminals.
