牢固树立人民至上理念 扎实践行党的群众路线

中国共产党作为无产阶级政党,其宗旨是为人民服务,自成立之日起,就一直坚持这一价值追求。我们党在长期的工作实践中总结出了一条根本的思想和工作路线:即一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去。践行党的群众路线就其实质来说,就是要牢固树立人民至上理念,切实处理好党群关系、干群关系,简单地讲就是要知民情、顺民意、集民智、聚民力、暖民心。

Establishing People First Philosophy,Implementing the Mass Line

It has been the pursuit of the CPC, a Proletarian Party, to serve the people since its foundation. The basic line, the content of which includes doing everything for the masses, relying on them in every task, and the principle of from the masses and to the masses, is established in the long working practice of the Party. The nature of implementing the Mass Line is to establish a People First Philosophy, and to handle correctly the relation between the Party and the mass as well as the relation between cadres and the mass. Simply put, it is crucial to understand the condition, follow the desire, use the intelligence, unify the strength and warm the hearts of the people.
