贵州省少数民族农民工的闲暇生活研究——以贵阳市为典型实证

少数民族农民工的闲暇生活呈现闲暇时间缺乏、闲暇活动简单、闲暇心态消极、闲暇评价低劣等特点。造成这个群体闲暇生活质量较低的原因主要是政府不够关注、企业忽视、社区排斥、自身素质限制。为了解决这个问题,主张从社会、社区、企业、个人四个方面出发,建立一个社会支持体系,以改善少数民族农民工的闲暇生活状况,提高其闲暇生活质量。

Research on Leisure Life of Minority Migrant Workers——a Case Study on Guiyang

Leisure Life of minority migrant workers presents such features as the lack of leisure time, simplification of leisure activities, passive leisure attitude and inferior characteristics of leisure evaluation. The main reasons causing the low quality of leisure life of this group include the insufficient attention paid by the government, corporate neglecting, exclusion of urban communities and lower quality of their own. To solve this problem, a social support system should be set up from four perspectives, which consist of social, community, and business and personal perspectives to improve the living conditions of minority leisure migrant workers to improve their quality of life of leisure.
