干部教育培训中案例教学方法应用探析

摘    要:案例教学作为一种集典型事件分析,多角度理论剖析,教学互动研讨的教学方式,在干部教育培训中具有独特的优势。但是,在实际运用中,存在混淆案例教学与辅导式教学中举例说明、对案例教学的适应性研究不深入、忽视程序化组织、缺乏必要的激励机制以及师资队伍缺乏等问题。要重视案例教学相关问题的研究,采取相关配套措施,推进案例的运用,提高案例教学的教学效果。

Application of Case Teaching Method in Cadre Education
Abstract:Case teaching, in which methods including typical event analysis, multi-angle theoretical analysis and interactive study are integrated, has unique advantages in cadre education. However, in its practical application, the method of case teaching is often mixed with the illustration method of tutorial teaching. There are also problems such as the insufficience in adaptation research, the negligence on organization, and the lack of incentive mechanism and teaching crew. It is necessary to understand the value of case teaching and to establish the relevant supporting measures in order to improve the result of the application of such methods.
