干部教育培训中案例教学方法应用探析

Application of Case Teaching Method in Cadre Education

Case teaching, in which methods including typical event analysis, multi-angle theoretical analysis and interactive study are integrated, has unique advantages in cadre education. However, in its practical application, the method of case teaching is often mixed with the illustration method of tutorial teaching. There are also problems such as the insufficience in adaptation research, the negligence on organization, and the lack of incentive mechanism and teaching crew.
