郑州市郑东新区拆迁安置法律问题分析

我国还没有出台一部专门的法律对征地拆迁行为进行规范,除了国务院颁布的《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》(以下简称《条例》)之外,各地主要是以地方性法规、规章及政策为依据解决拆迁问题。以郑州市郑东新区四个安置区的居民为调研对象,对郑州市郊区近阶段拆迁居民的生活状况进行调查分析,探讨拆迁户群体的拆迁满意度并提出相应法律建议,具有较高价值。

Legal Analysis of Demolition and Resettlement at Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou

China has not yet issued a special law to regulate the behavior of land acquisition, in addition to the ＂state- owned land on the housing levy and Compensation Ordinance＂ promulgated by the State Council, they mainly use the local laws, regulations and policy documents as the basis for demolition issues. This paper takes res- idents of Zhengdong New District, four resettlement areas, who has moved back, as the research object, hopes to explore the demolition satisfaction relocates groups and the corresponding legal advice by investigating and anglici- zing their living conditions.
