| 摘 要： | 社会救助体系是社会保障体系的重要组成部分,在国家经济社会生活中发挥着基础作用。目前我国的社会救助体系存在显性的突出矛盾和隐性的制度缺失。健全社会救助监督机制,完善社会互助机制,建设完善的贫困检测网络,是实现社会救助体系科学规范运行的正确方向。

| Abstract: | Social relief system is an important component of social security system.It plays a fundamental role in national economy and social life.Presently,apparent contradictions as well as hidden drawbacks commonly exist in China's social relief system.Sound social assistance supervision mechanism,perfect social mutual assistance mechanisms,a sound poverty detection network are the right orientation of realizing scientific and standardized operation of social relief system. |
