| 摘 要： | 中国目前违宪审查工作缺乏独立的专门机构负责,对于违完审查职责的行使,没有与之相应的诉讼程序,提出违宪审查的主体也不足,要完善我国的违宪审查制度,需要建立独立的违宪审查专门机构,拓宽违宪审查工作途径,建立违宪审查诉讼制度和监督机制,保证违宪审查工作的有效性和合法性。

| Abstract: | The work of Investigation to Infringement of the Constitution in China lacks independent organization to administrate, the fulfillment of its responsibility lacks relevant procedure, and the subject of conducting is also insufficient. In order to perfect the Investigation System of Infringement of the Constitution in China, we need to set up a special organization, widen the path to the Investigation to Infringement of the Constitution, set up lawsuit and administration system to ensure the work of Investigation to Infringement of the Constitution legal and effective. |
