“九步讯问法”研究述评

"九步讯问法"又被称作"里德方法",在美国审讯界一直被奉为"审讯圣经"。它分为提出正面指控、展开审讯主题、阻止再次否认、反驳异论障碍、攫取疑犯注意、控制消极情绪、提供选择问题、查明犯罪细节和制作书面供词等九个步骤。"九步讯问法"自问世以来,一直是审讯界讨论和研究的热点,在侦查理论和实践都有着广泛的影响,然而,"九步讯问法"与我国刑事诉讼法所规定的犯罪嫌疑人的充分辩护权是不相符合的,应有比例地吸收借鉴。
