| 摘 要： | 在国际形势复杂多变、国内社会矛盾交错,新情况新问题不断出现的情况下,中共十六届四中全会提出了要加强党的执政能力建设.致公党作为与中共肝胆相照、荣辱与共的参政党,必须全面提高参政能力,以适应新形势新任务的要求,进诤言,献良策,配合中共加强执政能力建设,与中共一同与时俱进. |
