论社区治安防范与物业保安的职责

在社区治安防范工作中，物业保安队伍具有人数多、与居民接触频繁、熟悉防范要求等优势，但由于物业保安的工作机制不完善、队伍整体素质不高等原因，物业保安的职能作用并没有得到有效发挥。基层公安机关要通过通报治安形势、加强防范指导、开展监督检查以及完善奖惩措施等途径促使物业保安有效发挥职能作用。
