| 摘 要： | 资本经营是以利润最大化和资本增值为根本目的,以价值管理为特征,通过生产要素的优化配置和产业结构动态调整,对企业全部资产(包括有形资产和无形资产)进行综合有效运营的一种经营方式。上海市农工商(集团)总公司通过职能转化,积极进行资本经营,通过近5年的战略结构调整,增强了企业的实力,丰富了资本、资产运作的经验和教训,为集团总公司进一步开展资本经营奠定了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Capital management is a kind of business form characterized with value-managing through optimizing production elements and re-adjusting of industry structures, makes a comprehensively effective management to the total property of enterprise (including tangible assets and intangible assets) for the purpose of gaining the maximum of profits and increasing the value of capital. |
