摘    要:当前,我国国有企业人力资源开发与管理存在的问题是:观念落后,投资过少,培训体系、激励机制跟不上,人力资源结构不合理,人才流失严重。应采取相应的措施,加强国有企业人力资源的开发与管理。

Abstract:There are some problems of human resource development and management of state-owned enterprises at present.The paper furnishes the instances:backward ideology:scrimpy investment;inadequate training and incentive system;irrational structure of human resource and brain drain.It is necessary to take corresponding steps to enhance human resource development and management of state-owned enterprises.
