关于西江苗寨文化传承保护和旅游开发的思考——兼论文化保护与旅游开发的关系

本文通过贵州省著名的西江千户苗寨的具体案例,指出旅游开发的前提是保护好传统文化,旅游开发应该以当地村民的利益和意见为出发点,像西江这样传统文化底蕴丰厚的地方,为确保旅游开发和文化保护的良性互动,旅游的模式应该是参与式的、体验型的、学习性的。为此,本文就西江苗寨的文化传承保护与旅游开发提出具体的建议方案。

A Perspective to the Cultural Transmission Protection and Tour Exploitation in Xijiang Hmong Village

Through the case study in the well-known Hmong Village of Xijiang in Guizhou province,this article indicates that the prerequisite of tour exploitation is to protect traditional cultures and that the indigenous villagers' benefits and their opinions should be the start point of the tour exploitation.To insure the proper interaction between tour exploitation and cultural protection in Xijiang,a place of abundant traditional cultures,its tour pattern should be participatory,experiential,and learnable.Therefore,this article offers a concrete recommendatory plan to the tour exploitation in Xijiang.
