性别与环境的关系问题越来越得到重视,运用性别敏感指标评估环境领域中的性别平等与妇女发展状况也越来越重要。本文将环境范畴理解为性别平等与妇女发展的条件和机制,并从生活环境、社会安全环境、资金支持环境和环境参与四个方面,评估外部环境对男女两性的不同影响以及男女两性对环境资源的占有、控制和管理等方面的差异。

Research on and Application of Gender Sensitive Indicators in Environment

There has been an increasing attention to the relationship between environment and gender and it is getting more important to measure with gender sensitive indicators gender equality and women's development in environment.This paper regards environment as a condition and mechanism for gender equality and women's development.It examines four areas of living environment,social security environment,investment environment and environment of participation to assess the differential influence of environment on women and men.It recognizes the differences between women and men in access to,ownership,control and management of resources.
