| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告在阐述和部署社会主义新农村建设任务时明确提出,要建立以工促农、以城带乡长效机制,形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局。目前城乡经济社会一体化还存在一些问题,通过调整对农政策、加强基础设施建设、发展农村公共事业和加快小城镇建设等途径可以缩小城乡差距。

| Abstract: | The 17th party congress report explicitly proposed to build to promote agriculture in socialist new rural construction task,we must establish industry promotes agriculture and cities with long-term mechanism,and the formation of rural economic and social development of urban and rural integration of a new pattern.This article analyzes the economic and social integration of urban and rural areas the main problems in order to solve urban-rural gap to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural economic and social comprehensive. |
