| 摘 要： | <消费者权益保护法>(下称<消法>)由于其制定受制于当时的经济发展水平和消费环境,随着社会经济不断发展,消费者权益保护出现了许多新情况,其中有很多问题已经暴露出这部法律存在着一定的误区和缺陷,对此消费者权益保护制度应在概念界定、瑕疵产品的召回制度、举证责任等方面逐步完善和改进.

| Abstract: | Enslaved to the economic level and the consumed conditions of that time,the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests has emerged some defects along with the development of social economy.Aimed at the legislative disadvantages of which,this paper puts forward that the current law should be mended and consummated from the conception definition,the recall system for flaw product,the testifying responsibility and so on. |
