| 摘 要： | 亲杀案是一类发案率高、危害性大的杀人案。它在犯罪现场、犯罪活动、当事人等诸方面均有不同于其它杀人案的特点,引发的因素也不同于一般杀人案。在侦查时应注意对亲杀案的识别和取证工作。
