| 摘 要： | 新制度经济学重要代表人物威廉姆森近期对新制度经济学的兴起和发展作了回顾和展望。他指出新制度经济学研究的主要内容是产权理论和组织的治理结构理论 ;新制度经济学的研究方法是在继承和批判新古典经济学方法的基础上产生的。威廉姆森还以俄罗斯改革为例 ,指出了新制度经济学的应用条件及其自身待进一步研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Williamson took stock and looked ahead for the new institutional economics at the beginning of new century. He dealt with that the theory of property rights and governance was the main content in the new institutional economics. The methodology in the new institutional economics was origins in good critics of the neoclassic economics and it was not likely favorable the method of formalization. Finally, Williamson took Russia as an example and emphasized the condition that the new institutional economics was applied, and the issues that needed to study more. |
